As always safety first, here is a quick internal temperature chart. Chicken, Pork, and Beef Internal Temperatures

BBQ Chicken

165 Degrees F

including stuffed meats and pastas.

Ground Beef, Ground Pork.

155 Degrees F

Must be taken at the thickest part.

BBQ Pork, Ham, or sausage.

155 Degrees F

Must be taken at the thickest part.

Beef Roasts

145 Degrees F
