Ok, get ready for these spicy and flavorful pork chops. These Louisiana Cajun Pork chops are going to be a hit dinner. They serve great with a side of red rice and beans, or potatoes. I served the pork chops with a side of lemon to squeeze it on the top just before serving.

  2. olive oil "for grilling" 3-4 tbsp
Marinade for pork chops
  1. Cumin 3 tbsp
  2. Cayenne 3 tbsp
  3. Parsley "fresh chopped "
  4. Salt 3 tbsp
  5. Pepper 3 tbsp
  6. Orange Juice 1/2 cup
  7. Soy Sauce 4tbsp
  1. Put all the marinade in a bowl and add the pork chops into the marinade.
  2. Marinade for 1-3 hours.
  3. Grill on high heat to get those beautiful grill marks and caramelizing.
  4. Depending on the thickness of the pork chop, times may vary.
  5. Internal temperature should be 160 degrees.
  6. Serve with corn, potatoes, rice, or your favorite vegetable.
